Fantasy, science fiction and non-fiction for children and adults

Robinne Weiss

I am an author, educator and entomologist writing fantasy, science fiction, poetry and non-fiction for children and adults. My award-winning short stories have most recently appeared in the magazines Thema, Aurealis and The Fabulist, and in the anthologies Pause, Fission #4, Magic Portals and Aftermath. I've published over fifteen books, including a series of middle grade fantasy novels infested with dragons, three lighthearted urban fantasies, an epic YA fantasy series, a book of poetry, and some rather more serious non-fiction about insects.

The Backstory

If dragons were ever real, and if they still existed today, they would most likely be hanging out in New Zealand. Our dense forest and stunning mountains are the perfect place for these giant mythical beasts to thrive unnoticed by people.
