Don't write for the readers. Don't write for the agents and definitely don't write for the Zeitgeist. Write because it's who you are.

When You’re Not Reading Me
1. Find a reputable source of information on world affairs that quotes sources.
Don't spend too long worrying about it all. Live, laugh, love, and if you suck at all that, write.
2. Don't Panic.
Fear is a tool used by manipulators. Humour is a tool used by the humane.
3. Don't chat with AI, chat with people, preferably face to face.
They're not just lying, they're actively trying to get into your head and mould the way you think.

A quirky idea, that in turn, inpires quirky characters.
